Shipping & Duties

At Tangier, we ship worldwide from the United Kingdom with care and precision. To ensure a seamless experience, please note the following information regarding duties and taxes:

European Union Orders

• For orders under €150, VAT is collected on your behalf at checkout under the IOSS scheme. Your parcel will be delivered directly without any additional customs charges to you.

  • Tangier is not liable for these fees.For orders exceeding €150, shipments are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis meaning we do not collect VAT or any customs at checkout. Local duties and taxes, determined by your country’s customs authority, may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. These must be settled directly with the carrier to release your order.

Should customs fees go unpaid and the parcel is returned to us, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

International Orders

For all destinations outside the EU, import duties and taxes may be applied upon arrival. These charges are determined by local customs and are the responsibility of the customer. Tangier is not liable for these fees.

If an international delivery is refused, return shipping and any additional fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
